SHIPPING:

Please Note: We ship into the continental US only.
We do NOT ship to Puerta Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally.

All orders from Pembertons warehouse inventory are promptly shipped via U.P.S. (or truck when the gross weight of your order makes the use of a trucking firm more economical). Airfreight services are available to expedite rush orders at additional cost.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPMENT:

All claims for products damaged in shipment must be reported by you to the delivering carrier. You must notify the U.P.S. driver, truck driver, etc. Do not sign for an order with out inspecting it for damage. Keep in mind that the damage may be hidden. Also, it is wise to retain the original shipping carton since it may be needed as part of a claim settlement.

The carrier who delivers the merchandise is responsible for loss & damages. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgement that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packed. Notify the carrier at time of delivery, so that they may process the claim. Carriers will not honor claims when the customer signs the receiving documents as free and clear.

Notify Pembertons to arrange for prompt re-shipment.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL POLICY

Because of the high cost of handling chemicals rated hazardous by the shipping services, Pembertons makes every effort to replace such products with non-hazardous products which you can use. We will ship hazardous by truck only. If you have any questions regarding this policy please call us at 1-800-342-2297 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST), Mon-Fri.

PEMBERTONS LIBERAL RETURN POLICY

In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, {excluding special orders}, simply return the item for a full credit, replacement or refund within 14 days of invoice date! There's no hassle, no "third degree", no worrying about getting a credit.

HOWEVER, TO HONOR THIS LIBERAL POLICY, WE ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE ALL SUCH ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Simply follow these steps...

YOUR RETURN MUST FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

1) Original customer must contact Pembertons at 1-800-342-2297 within 14 days of the invoice date and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

2) Pembertons will issue a call tag for product pick-up.

3) Customer must securely package products to be returned, and must write or attach the RMA # on both the outside of the box and on a piece of paper inside the box.

4) Chemicals must also be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or receipt.

SHORTAGE OF MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY:

In the event that you receive an order that shows at item shipped, but the item(s) are not in the box, you must notify our customer service department immediately or within 3 working days of receipt of shipment. No claims will be processed unless reported within 3 working days of receipt of shipment.
